Refund policy

Because every print at The Poster Archive is custom-made to order specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not accept general returns or buyer's remorse refunds.

However, we fully stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will issue a free replacement order or issue a full refund.

Defective or Damaged Orders If your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit, you are eligible to exchange the damaged item for a new print of the same design, or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a damaged or defective item.

How to Request a Resolution To start a claim for a defective or damaged order, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at admin@theposterarchive.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number in the email subject line.
  3. Attach clear photographs showing the damage or defect to the print and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will immediately process a replacement (shipped at no cost to you) or issue a full refund. You will not be required to ship the damaged item back to us, so there are no return shipping costs.

Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking link shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at admin@theposterarchive.com within 14 days so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
