Our Guarantee
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will reprint and resend it for free or refund you in full — your choice. There is nothing to ship back, no return shipping cost, and no restocking fee.
Made to Order
Every print is produced specifically for your order. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted; the remedy is a free reprint of the same design or a full refund, your choice. We do not accept exchanges for a different design, size, or finish, and we do not accept returns for any other reason.
Reporting a Problem
You have 30 days from delivery. Email admin@theposterarchive.com with:
- Your order number in the subject line
- Photographs of the print and the packaging it arrived in
Once we verify the defect, we process your reprint or refund right away.
Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 14 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
